Horrible called to check on my account spoke to teller asked 3 times specifically about an item to see if it had cleared or was pending. The teller told me it showed it had cleared and already been taken out of my account of her account logs on her screen and then 4 days later the amount pulls up after hours of course and leaves me my wife and our 1 year old son negotiate 5 dollars after it cleared out bank account that she stated was already taken out then the proceeded to overdraft us 144 dollars and left my 1 year old son without food to make it on no diapers when I addressed to an after ours number they tell me I do not qualify for the money to be refunded I need to wait till the following business day. So let my 1 year old my wife and myself starve??? Been banking for 5 years and this is appreciation I get
