This is the first time writing a review. Besides the huge interest fee it has been a good loan to lean back on in emergency’s and we need a little extra help. I gave a 2 star review though because we originally had the Lon payment coming directly out of our account. Recently his work changed when and how they get paid. He went on and changed it and wanted it stopped from being directly deposited from our account to just when he gets paid taking the money into the store. Well apparently it’s not honored when you change the settings and that money came out anyway. Please don’t give people the option to pay in store if it’s just going to be taken out anyway. Other than that it’s a good loan. Also I’m not specifically giving my review for this particular location. We have been here and they are great. My review is the company as a whole.
When I walked in I was greeted with a smile! The employees at the store are amazing. They made my experience very easy. I will be back for sure.
