I went in two weeks ago and received Quick and prompt service. Jennifer got to me immediately even without an appointment. I was able to get the loan I needed within about 45 minutes. My only reason for taking away a star, is the two front office people (not sure the name of one, but the other was Amanda), spent the entire time I was in there making negative comments about delinquent customers. Amanda wasn’t the one making the derogatory comments, it was the other lady. Amanda was mostly just listening and giving minimal response. The other lady even bragged about a man actually paying his bill on time after being sent to her. She was proud of being a jerk. I get the need to take a hard line approach to repayment, but this type of behavior isn’t something that should have been discussed in front of myself and another customer. There are more professional ways to handle lack of payment.
Great office staff that is, easy to work with very friendly, honest and open about terms. I would highly recommend using this company for your loan needs.
Only using this company because we financed a hot tub and would have NEVER chosen a company like this. We usually paid a few months payments at one time with payments but forgot to pay on the due date a couple of days late and was threatened with forfeiture of the same as cash amount and would have to pay that ASTRONOMICAL AMOUNT!! And the caller was just as NASTY as if I had taken some Title for Cash loan with them!!! Needless to say we will be paying them off COMPLETELY ASAP!! WE DON'T have those bill collector calls at our house, and i was NOT THRILLED AT ALL TO GET THAT CALL!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY IF YOU CAN HELP IT!! POOL AND SPA DEPOT should be ashamed to even use this type of company!!!
When there was nowhere to go Marine Finance had my back I love the staff there they are very friendly and always helpful to get you what you need.
