Returning customer. Have tried twice to get a loan from the one on Cummings highway, Chattanooga. Say they will call you back and never heard from them. Going elsewhere.
Personally I've never done business with this company... But I interviewed with them back in July. No one has contacted me about the position. No one has let me know if I was hired or not hired. They're called courtesy Finance but they're not being very courteous about letting people know anything about the employment status. I just think it's poor business practices not to give a "courtesy" call to all the people that interviewed and let them know whether they made it or not. I called about 4 weeks ago and they said there was a lot going on and so it was taking a long time but that someone would get in touch with me... Still haven't heard anything. If there really was a problem with that ... Looks like they would follow up with everyone and say it's taking a little bit longer than we expected ... Or something like that . I'm obviously not going to put my name on here, and it hasn't ruined my life but I still think it's a bad image for the company to not follow up.
