Check Advance Overdraft Service Inc in Chattanooga, Tennessee

My name Jimmy Flowers. If anyway possible avoid this place . They shut down the location that myself and wife dealt with without any notification but a sign on the door stating our checks could be picked up at Tennessee Cash . I go there and they dont have a clue where my account or check is . That was November 13th on my due day . Never been late and have been loyal to these people. Sometime Wednesday on the 11th of this week both my check and my wife's check without any warning or contact via phone call , letter , email , nothing :: They decide to just send our checks thru our bank not even on the scheduled due dates leaving our bank to force pay both checks leaving our account at a NEGATIVE 800.00 right here at Christmas. That put us with no Christmas for our 3 grandkids, cannot make our due date car payment on the 18th or pay our car insurance on the 17th both due next week. This is not counting the groceries we usually buy out of my wife's disability check on the 3rd Wednesday of each month , which she only draws 900.00 dollars a month and our bank account is now at a negative 800.00 not counting the overdraft fees. So do the math and that leaves us with less than 30.00 dollars to live on for a month. Cant drive our car after the 17th of this month because we have no money to pay our monthly premium . It wasn't our fault they closed the branch they had in Cleveland, Tn but the way everything was handled by their main branch was WRONG . There is no telling how many customers was left in the same situation we was because they wasn't notified on who to contact or what to do . Myself and my wife are on Disability and we only get paid on certain days of the month and these people knew that , but yet that just randomly picked a day and sent our checks thru without contacting us first. After searching myself and finally getting in touch with them , I was spoken to like I wasn't even human . I was blamed for what all happened. I was told I knew I had a check that needed to be payed . Well I knew that and I went to pick the check up on the due date but the branch had been shut down . Why didn't they leave contact info to their main Branch on the sign that was on the door instead of sending me somewhere that didn't have a clue where my check or account is . Now who's fault is it . All I know this company has destroyed not only our Christmas this year for our family , but because of their way of doing buisness has also put us in a hole that's going to take us a couple of months even longer to get out of. Don't let your shadow pass thru these people's doorway . To their response there was no number left for corporate office to contact them with , unless they have put a different sign on the door after my post . Still does not justify sending our checks thru our bank without notifying us either by letter or phone call , especially sending them thru our bank on days they want even due . Like I said before I was sent to a place to pick up the checks that didn't know where they was or they didn't know where to send me until I finally went back looked at sign on the door to make sure about contact info to who had the check , and no phone number to corporate was on there so I went back to where the sign said to go and was finally given a number to contact them. But it was to late because they had already unknowingly sent our checks thru causing our Christmas to go hell this year because it left our account negative 800.000 dollars . They don't care it's already been proven by their response. As far as we are concerned if never another person walks into their office it will be to soon .
