Worst place ever!!!! My 78 year old grandmother lost her job and didn't get paid till the middle of the month. Covington sent a girl to her house threatening her to take all her stuff over $82. Dollars. My granny called them the day before telling them she wouldn't be able to pay and she only owed 2 payments left. Conington keeped trying to get her in their office to renew trying to scare her into to renewing or to lose all her stuff.
calling everyday twice a day offering unwanted garbage credit loans, if they will not stop I will collect evidence and per Federal Law get my $2,000.00 from them
This office is very unprofessional. My husband and i gave them specific times and numbers to call and they refuse to listen. When i try to call them they pass me around the office and put me on hold. They call us several times a week before the payment is even due. Summer has been very rude and has not shown proper customer service at all! She will hang up the phone on you but not before she makes condescending remarks. I DO NOT recommend these people at all!!! Summer specifically told me she doesnt care about my credit, that it doesnt hurt her credit either way!!!
