Always friendly and helpful! I've an account with most of the banks in Spearfish and this is the only one who hasn't made simple mistakes like putting money in the wrong account.
Wonderful, friendly and helpful - I’ve banked here for five years and have always experienced excellent customer service (and my dogs love them, too!).
Go with a more local bank. Went there today added money to my account so that I could transfer some later this day electronically. I verified with the teller that the funds was available immediately and she confirmed. Went to transfer the money and it was flagged and I called and had the flag removed they told me to wait a little and try it again so I did. This happened 4 times now it's after hours on a holiday weekend so no one can help me can't use the card for 3 days until they open again... why chose a big bank with small bank services... your better off choosing a small local bank with the same service. The rapid city location won't even answer your phone calls you have to leave a voicemail and they will call you back... it's ridiculous.
Horrible customer service. The workers are very rude! Find a different bank!
