THE STAFF IS AMAZING, I HAVE BEEN LOOKING FOR SPECIAL RING FOR MY WIFE FOR A LONG TIME AND I FOUND IT HERE. JEWELRY SELECTION WAS AMAZING!!! AFTER I MADE MY PURCHASE THEY HAD THE RING SIZED FOR ME(WHICH TURNED OUT FANTASTIC) TO FIT MY WIFE JUST RIGHT AND WILL CLEAN HEAR RING FOR FREE AT ANYTIME.(AWESOME!!)
A few years ago when my husband and I were living in Rapid City we fell on some hard times,and we decided to sell some of our belongings to this Pawn Shop.The staff members were very friendly and patient.We got a more than fair deal on the idems we were selling.I highly recommend this place.I love it.
This is the absolute worst place. They want to try to undercut all of us, I say no. No one can make deals like me, okay? These people refuse to come to the table and negotiate. I make deals, every single day. I make the best deals all the time, but these people, they're laughing at us. They come up to me and say Donald lets make a deal. I say that's a bad deal, they think we're stupid. So nope, sorry. On April 29th I will be implementing a tariff against Pawn with Us. We've been losing trade with these people for too long. It's time for us to fight back.
Absolute garbage. I was severely undercut with all of the times that I've gone there, the worst experience being that I tried selling a drumset, one of the employees was extremely compliant and bargained with me until a manager out of the blue took over the transaction and then offered me less than half of what was originally offered, so I took my business elsewhere. My most recent experience I had with them I was trying to sell a pair of headphones, the girl I was talking to clearly had no idea what she was looking at or what to look up, so she waited for a manager that just told me that they were outdated and I wouldn't get anything for them, absolutely rude and I will NEVER go there again, for anything, so I sold my headphones to Fair deal pawn and they actually gave me a good price for them. Just go to fair deal or first national, honestly.
