I technically have never been to this location, but I have to say Denise is amazing. She figured out how to make my loan work in 2 phone calls, even though my branch that I was working with in Minnesota could not. Truly a lifesaver and in ten minutes made up for a week of stressing out.
They talk out both sides of their mouth or as my native american friends would say with fork tongue. If you try for a loan take a tape recorder, one day they promise you a loan, you tell them that you want to go home and talk about it. You tell them you you would take the offer, but they say you're turned down. In my opinion they are lower than snakes. Your information stays the same, nothing had changed from the first time until to telling that you would accept the offer, This happened in the Rapid City office.
