Mia and Dave are awesome!!! I have been an on and off customer to this location for a few years and have seen allot of changes in staff. I have to say after a year or so I went back and was really impressed with the location, I just had to ask the name of the two people that helped me and let someone know! I came here in a rush and panic needing help with some bills. The staff were not only friendly but personal. They were also very helpful and informative. They made me feel like everything was gonna be okay. They helped walk me through the process of what I had to do for paper work, and what was needed. I definitely will be back
Terrible customer service here. The manager is so bad, she had to ask for a good rating on google. She's a joke. No people skills. Her name is MIA. If you look at the surrounding stores and they're 4 + ratings you will notice that there is a common denominator. And it's Mia. That's why their ratings are so low. That's why she needs to ask for a 5-star rating. Because she has no clue how to give 5 Star service. Choose a different location to go to atleast for now. until she is no longer in the business! I was so disrespected by her that I have contacted corporate. I encourage those who have had bad experiences to do the same . Do not go here!
