Tried getting replacement card cuz I lost my wallet teller looked right at me and ignored me, waited 15 minute just for acknowledgement of my presence could get card cuz I didn’t have a photo ID since my ID was in my lost wallet even though I had my birth certificate in hand and in the end i couldn’t get a replacement card.

Is there a bank here who knows what they are doing? I accidentally washed a 50 dollar Bill, and lost about a quarter of it in the dryer. I took the damaged money into this bank, and either the teller lied to me, or he doesn't know banking. He denied me an exchange for an undamaged 50 dollar bill.
