Ashley was great. She excelled at customer service. She greeted several customers by name, and multi-tasked several quick transactions between helping me and others. She was super friendly, helpful and fun! She negotiated the selling price of the more expensive ring. I ended up buying 2 rings and she cleaned both and shared in my excitement on the difference. It may be a pawn shop, but I felt like I was in a high-end department store! I'll definitely stop in regularly to review the new rings and other merchandise.
