They love to cheat you when it comes to pawning. In fact, they will make some fake BS about their system not working and their computer freezing so that you'll be forced to sell your jewellery at a steep loss.
In my opinion they don’t give fair pricing. They also seemed uniformed and make assumptions to take advantage of the seller. To each their own, but if you read this, don’t waste your time here!
They try to undersell everything you bring it could be worth a million dollars they will only give you 100
Finally an honest establishment! I took my bracelet here hoping to sell it and they were more than fair. They also tested the gold right in front of me and explained the process. The diamonds were small so I knew they wouldn't have resale value. They tested them electronically for me to see and to my shock only 2 of the 10 diamonds were real. I was under the impression that they were real since purchased from a jeweler. Great learning experience and these are the gentleman I will be doing business with in the future.
Worst customer service ethics ever. The manager is a realA hole. Wanted to sell a Bose radio and accidentally pawned it. He had a attitude before I even walked in... Finally after 30 minutes of wasted time and his condisendin attitude I blew up at him calling him “&$)&&/)-)-&/(;;;$$&&$) !! There are much better places to go than these jamokes... Dear owner of Fort knox, I only called your employees what I did is because they were the single handed most incredibly rude a***holes ive ever encountered. I only got nasty when THEY GOT NASTY! Also, there was not one woman and child in the store at the time so thats a plain lie... You idiots are not Pawn Stars and need to learn customer service skills...
