Ever since the surrounding branches closed down this location has been unbearable. A simple five minute deposit has turned into an hour long ordeal. While on the drive thru the driver in the car in front of me actually fell asleep! This is by far the worst way to bank and scary that we need to be subjected to this at this day in age with technology that allows for mobile deposits and transactions #endrant
Always crowded not enough tellers
Horrible costumer service. Atm Didn't accept the cash deposit and it did not return all of my money. When i informed a teller all she kept saying was " Oh i don't know" did not try to assist me in any way or suggest what i should do. I had to spend my lunch hour on the phone filing a claim and at the end of the call they said the tellers should've done it for me!
They have a coffee machine !!!
Terrible! Capital one closing their locations forcing longer lines and waits. I'm literally outside the doors of the bank standing in line to see a teller.. switching to chase this week!
