Love this place! The employees are always friendly and helpful, and go out of their way to make sure the customer’s needs are met. KC has an extremely upbeat personality and energy, and excels in customer service and satisfaction. They are always good to us when we need a loan, and even better when we make purchases. There is a great variety of items in the store and all of it is good quality. I have never been disappointed. Would definitely recommend to friends/family, and have!!!

I was working in the area asked a client if there were any good pawnshops in the area (west NY) Was point to one off Sheridan not far from the site. Walked in to see what deal I could find to kill a little time. The employees were polite and professional a lot better than the last one I was at in Phoenix. The prices were reasonable and surprised they weren’t trying to sell everything retail. Pretty knowledgeable guy, KC sold me a guitar on a good deal. (I’m still trying explain with the wife).Overall great experience, I’ll stop in again when up in NY. I did read previous reviews. They have great customer service, they’re definitely not rude or pushy. Just my two cents.
After seeing all of the reviews mentioning KC, I had to write in. KC without a doubt has transformed that place. I have been there many times over the last 5 years. He made me feel like a human & didn't judge me like others have. He's happily given me loans that other guys would never.
