Waited for more than 30 minutes to change a check, 8 teller spaces only 2 employees working. Customer service horrible, staff is rude. It does have a coin machine and Western Union service. They made so difficult the process. Manager wasn't around and they were needing some sort of approval. Would think twice to stop by for services.
I think they could be so much better if they could take care of theirs customers faster. To much wait on the line. The staff are very nice once you get to them.

The staff is professional and courteous. Their headquarters respond quickly to any service issues that may arise. Money Orders are free. Check cashing prices may be a little steep. The line is ALWAYS TOO LONG!! This place needs more tellers and the tellers need to be faster. The location is on Fordham Rd.which is a very busy area so adjustments need to be made to suit the environment. Rigjt now there are only 3 working tellers. Why? Slow service
