Terrible service, asked for my personal information, and after a talk on the phone which I could not hear, decided that my check was not valid. Very suspicious considering I called the place where my check came from, with them saying everything was fine and theres no issues on the check. Writing this review as a footnote incase I begin to see suspicious behavior that was stated to be on my behalf after a visit to this terrible location.

Worst place so corrupt! Went for my ssi check the small one that was 87 dollars and they said it wasn't there. I went back again and again they said it wasn't there! The state wrote me a letter stating that i didn't pick up the check and was sent back. That's a lie because i kept going back and the lady said it wasn't there! Don't go to that check cashing place ever very corrupt! Very rude and unprofessional ! Worst customer service ever!
Always crowded. All of the ellers/cashiers never seem to be working at once. There can be four tellers/cashiers working, but on one is working the window servicing customers. This causes congestion. Also allot of thier ancillary services (purchasing of gift cards) are often not available.
Everyone is RUDE and Ghetto there.... I advise you not to go to this location, worse customer service ever. I would give them zero stars if I could. Go to the one on Kingsbridge Road. Save your sanity.
