Went in to use the change counting machine, it did not print me receipt when I went to the teller for support I was just given the option to leave my name and number which she wrote on a receipt paper, no letter no documentation. When I told them I needed more since the money was for my job they didn’t give me any. Saying it’s a self counting machine. If it’s in your establishment and you redeem the receipt for money you should be responsible for the machine. Will be calling Daily for updates on my money. Also when I suggested to put a sign on it she asked me to do it. Horrible customer service.

Worst experience of my life the teller Diaya was extremely rude everytime I would ask her a question she would stop me and say sorry I can no longer help u I have a busy line. I stood on the line 10 minutes just to make sure I can have one on one time so that she can explain how to send money and she kept telling me read the paper and dismissed me. That was very unprofessional I will never visit this establishment ever in my life I would rather go to the other side of this world than have to be treated as a imbecile and belittle in that way

One is too much of a star for this poor establishment!!! I purchased a Metrocard from here, I then had to go to school and when I swiped the metro card on the bus it stated my balance was ZERO!! and i had to get off the bus because i didn't have anymore change to pay for the bus. Next day I go over and I approach a teller by the name of DAIYA. I told her how i just purchased this Metrocard the day before and it isn't functioning. I pass her the card and RECEIPT, to where she then stated that wasn't their issue I would have to go to the train station and take that issue to MTA, in which later on i did. The front booth gentleman at the booth told me that the establishment where i purchased the metrocard is supposed to give me a new metro or my refund!. He also stated that this metro had been expired a LONG time ago.Today Thursday March 15th,2018 I go back to the "CFSC " and express my situation once AGAIN. I told the employee i need to speak to a manager where he stated she was not in just yet and will be at vicinity approximately at 10 and that i can further discuss that with her. I then come back 11:30 to No presence of the boss who was supposed to come in whom goes by the name of DESTINY!!. This time daiya is there ONCE AGAIN where she approaches the tellers window i was speaking to, to where she decided to restate that i cannot get any reimbursement or another metro card cause this is a issue with MTA. I then ask " so why give me a receipt for something that doesn't state that you guys are not responsible, what is the use of my receipt right now in this situation when you guys refuse to be liable " she then has a instant attitude, she states "she doesn't know what to tell me". I then ask how many times does this happen? she states maybe 3 or 4 times. I then proceed on telling her "if this has happened more then once why isn't there a awareness sign that you guys are not responsible with any issue that regards a MTA metrocard. Why is this not even on my receipt , why do you guys not have a sign about a issue that's happened MULTIPLE times?? So basically that situation fell on death ears because on top of everything I am speaking to person who couldn't help me even if they could Daiya is just a mere simple employee with an attitude because she volunteered to speak to me without having the sufficient information or the knowledge therefore she couldn't possible answer any of my questions and concerns. These people are unprofessional they lack knowledge,training and people skills. They kept my money while I on the other hand remain with a faulty metrocard AND continue to pay for MTA transportation on top of the $32.00 I've already spent!! Save yourself the headache and do not make any type of transactions because if there's an issue , it becomes a "Solve it yourself" type of thing, NO ONE is there to help!
