I had to go back to them forgetting pride and personal dignity. never fail a single late payment ... when they see people in need they humiliate in a psychological way when it comes to processing your application. My experience with One Main Financial was great. It was easy working with Mark Fiore, my representative. I was able to pay two high amount credit cards and have room to pay down the other cards and have money left.
The worst service I ever had in my life. The guy with the name Joseph was very disrespectful, maybe he thought that had my life in his hand, he had an attitude for no reason. I came in his office with an appointment that was scheduled by him and he didn’t talk to us and didn’t say to hi even hi... After half an hour waiting for him I waved my hand to let him know that I’m here. He talked to me again with attitude again like you don’t see me that I’m on the phone.. One Main Financial has to learn him that I’m the Coustmer not him, but his behavior was the opposite... I’m very very disappointed
