Called and spoke to Allison, told her we wanted to come in because we had questions about taking out a car loan. Allison said "come on in we are here until 5 and would love to help you" however when we got there the same woman told us they don't do loans there and we could use their phone if we wanted because all support for loans is only over the phone. What a waste of 30 minutes. Weren't very friendly either, glad we'll be customers elsewhere.
Very rude service, the worst experience in a bank.
They have a great staff who really gives their jobs 100%. I have nothing but good things to say about them and will refer anyone who asks to them. Never had any trouble with them and their atm machines are brand new. Great bank. Hands down best place ive ever banked with
