Pretty great customer service and decent prices!
If I could give less than one star I would!!! it's no wonder this place was on the news for buying stolen goods !! they do not stand behind anything they sell .when I asked for a receipt he said I didn't need one and now that the thing does not work will not take it back.
This place only helps out people who are on drugs so if your not on drugs and your pawing your stuff for your family or to pay bills Do not go to this place cause they will not help you
Fast and Friendly service. I won't go anywhere else. I've pawned a few items to help me get through tough times, they are more than fair on what they offer and their pawn policy is tremendous, only a dollar a day is incredible. The staff are extremely knowledgeable, helpful and very friendly. I'm glad that I walked in and now I won't go anywhere else. I highly recommend this place to anyone who needs cash fast. Plus they are the only place in Rochester that is open on Sundays!
