The Tellers and all of the bank employees are all very pleasant.
I've been a member for 15 years and it's always a great and easy experience. I have had personal loans and auto loans, both were very easy to apply for and the staff is always friendly and knowledgeable.
I have been going to the Red Hook branch since I was 16 years old and have never had any issues. The staff is very friendly and welcoming and go above and beyond to make your experience easier.
If i could give this bank negative stars i would. After being a customer for 18 years, they now charge max fees, tried to hold a check of mine for 3 weeks to make interest off it, and charge 4 dollars each time you access yr line of credit. Would not wish this bank on my worst enemy. Have moved on to Charles Schwab
