Its CLEAR, the consensus is, QSide needs to add to their Staff, and Improvement to Telephone & Electronic Communications should be Of Concern to the BOARD OF DIRECTORS. The Services offered are 1 of the Best amongst Credit Unions. Their Loan procedures, are swift and payroll deductible, as many more services are , for our Union. HOWEVER, you have to be able to get thru to those various departments... which is a HUGE concern
I really love doing business with Qside Federal Credit Union. Just recently took out a loan and am very impressed with their financial services. Jorge provided exceptional support in helping me with my loan.
The ABSOLUTE Worst Bank ever today was the last straw for me. I traveled all the way from the Bronx to get money because today is their late day when I got there it was closed. The sign on the door read Bank will be closed today at 2pm do to annual staff meeting. My thing is why would they do this on their only late day and when was they going to inform or even communicate that with their customers. I can go on but I will end it here they don’t even deserve a star. Terrible all across the board I don’t even know how they are still in business.
Really terrible experience with getting someone on the phone. I could never get anyone and press any 4-digit extension just to get someone. I would give a "0" for customer service if I could. I'm planning on visiting their branch to close my account because it's not worth my money.
I have been with Qside for 18 years, they have been quite helpful and reliable, I would give 5 stars if only the hours were a little more flexible.
