Unlike other banks, The Loan Source is dedicated exclusively to SBA lending, so they had the proper focus starting day 1, and throughout the entire process. They guided us through the process without a misstep, providing mega bank results, but with the neighborhood bank/lender feel. We couldn’t have been happier with the result, and have no reservations in recommending The Loan Source to anyone seeking SBA financing.
WARNING do not do business with this company. Steven Kravitz is a crook caused my family alot of stress and hardship. My father applied for a commercial loan paid all these astronomical fees, got appraisals done, waited for months to then get no response and alot of unnecessary run around. $12,000 later still no loan or refund of money. BEWARE of fake lenders. Your best bet is a commercial bank or SBA loan. These crooks prey on small businesses sucking them dry with no remorse. Very unprofessional and unreliable do not I repeat do not use this company for anything.
