rude rude rude!!! they obviously don't know how to treat people like why work as costumer service or front desk when you are that level of rude i stayed calm but the whole raising your voice rolling eyes and giving me an attitude from a lady there is so unnecessary plus her co worker was just laughing at her being rude and almost as they were making fun me and of one of my questions. very unprofessional
They keep the money i paid for my car insurance for three days, they are not satisfied with the fee they charge. Now i have to pay late fees. Beware of this people.
