Terrible company. Their customer service is terrible our loan is completely paid in full. We had a few missed payments that were promptly repaid now they are saying we still owe them over $400 in fees. The contract doesn't state anything about fees for missed payments. And most companies will eat these fees once you're paid off. I showed them proof of every payment made to them. Every missed payment repaid. I keep asking them to show me where in my contract it says what these fees are and no response. They've asked me to send my proof I'm paid in full, I have, no response. It's always no response. But then they call or send nasty emails saying we've been trying to contact you. I've been responding. Worst company ever.
They are completely out of professionalism and lake of knowledge. STAY AWAY GUYS AND DO NOT WASTE OF YOUR TIME WITH THIS PEOPLE!
STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!! If I could give ZERO stars I would have. They are the nastiest group of people I have ever dealt with in my life. I ran into a situation out of my control and asked them to work with me. They have NO EMPATHY. They mocked me, continued pulling payments until I was at a point of almost having to file bankruptcy, and now have me with a law firm making my life a complete HELL. Throughout the entire process, I have offered to pay what I can afford. They have denied my efforts. The lady at the law firm said they have on file that Reliant Funding doesn't care if I have to file bankruptcy as they feel they aren't getting anything anyways. Is this the type of company you want to do business with? You've been warned.
The rate is very high and we were told it will be reviewed after we have a couple of months of payment history. We agreed and took the loan but after a perfect payment history of over two months our rep stated they can't do that unless we are half way to the loan agreement which is close to 6 months. Trust was most important factor for us so we decided to pay off the loan and look for another provider.
This company just doesn't quit. Between phone calls and email they just don't give up on their predatory practices.
