Within the 1-2 days after making a credit card payment online, from the User Interface perspective, it is sent into the abyss. After the initial confirmation, there is no sign given to users that the payment was made. I like to pay down to a $0 balance as much as possible as part of being a responsible credit card user. Due to the issue in their user interface not showing recent past credit card payments, it effectively looked as though the payment never went through (leading me to assume that the initial confirmation was false). So, I paid again. Days later, BOTH payments post, my account which I use only for paying my credit card is nearly overdrawn due to the unexpected double payment. I attempt to pull out the credit into my Navy Federal checking account. I later learn from a representative that (1) this credit is subject to extra interest, (2) they cannot cancel this credit and reverse one of the credit card payments, and (3) I have to wait 10 days to get the money back into my account because the money was sent from another FCU. I am blessed and lucky to not live paycheck-to-paycheck, but for those who are, this would be devastating. For me it is just a huge annoyance. And, lucky me! I get to have another massively annoying call to fix this whole thing in 10 days.

I am very upset with Navy Federal I have a loan with them they were missing my trailer truck title my payment went up I send in the title and is been seven months and my payment still haven’t gone down when they said my payment was supposed to be back to three or nine when my payment went up was 483 now I just received a call today talking about I owe them $143 I am so so upset with them and fostering the unbelievable how these banks work so easy to bring the payment up it’s so hard to bring it back to normal spoken with 100 employees and nothing has been done yet
thank you so much for deciding I am not who I am and in doing so now costing me 300 dollars more for a flight. The original flight was 480 and in the time it took to reload the page I get screwed and all I got was a sorry for your inconvenience from 4 different people. This is absolutely ridiculous.
