Drove up because this page, their page, says that they are open from 9-12. They aren't open at all today.
I like the tellers & management but a serious flaws in the debit card... Missedplaced my card. Was told they would cancel card & issue a new one... Been 2wks & nothing so called my branch... Was told could take longer.... "be patient " I've had banks issue cards on the spot or overnight. Doesn't the management how crippling this is??
The bank manager and tellers at this bank are wonderful.
