Would give less than a star if possible, went into the branch with good intentions to open a Chase Business Bank account seeing that they are opening in my local area in Pittsburgh PA. Was greeted with a warm welcome from the business accounts manager however dealing with the business banker Yvonne was utterly disturbing and the worst experience I have had at a branch. I am a business man with limited time visiting a bank branch in NYC due to no branches currently open in Pittsburgh, Very rude and demanding not looking to comply with my requests and earn my business. I told her I need the process to be done quickly and will provide her with all my business documents however she stated she does not work for me she works for JP Morgan Chase and does not believe that she works for the customers that come into the branch. Very arrogant needs retraining or replaced! I will be following up with corporate.
My mother went into this chase for help regarding Fraud on her account. She went in 8:30 a.m. and was the first person there. They told her to wait because theres people ahead of her who made an appointment. Seriously, it's a fraud! She contacted chase and they told her to go in. Schupid guyanese bicccch
