I have been a loyal customer of this branch since I moved to Jackson Heights 8 years ago. The last couple of months I have many unpleasant experiences, for starters, I was here last week on Saturday morning, there was only this corpulent lady who was taking around 10 minutes with every customer after realizing that I just walked away. I was not gonna stay for another 20 minutes, knowing it would have taken another half hour to be serve, and this is not the first time this happens and with the same lady. I do not think that whoever is running this place is capable enough to accommodate and hire their staff , since some of the people here is really slow and the good ones are counted, you can't have a place running like this nobody wants to wait 45 minutes to an hour to be serve, nobody wants to come and have to wake up your staff because the are sleeping, well not me anymore. I ratter go to a different place and walk a few blocks than have to experience , incompetent management and bad customer service, I know that this is not a problem of one person because I have experienced slow service and bad manners more than once. Today was the first time that I see someone capable, there was this lady with pink glasses that I got my money order from she was quick and courteous even though there was a line, HOWEVER, one good experience out of the last six is not good enough for me as a client to come back. I am a manager at a local supermarket and we experienced many issues however there is consistency in the quality of our work and here is the opposite, like in any place I do not think everyone is bad, but to much work is needed, and being fair, judging for the last couple months I WOULD GIVE MANAGEMENT A "0", for the lack of commitment, leadership , organization, and problem solving.

We gave a caregiver a check and the guy called the client to verify the check and to my surprise, he was asking the 92yr old man to provide his date of birth and social security number. I immediately interrupted. Its clearly he had an ulterior motive to rip the poor old man off. We're going to monitor the account for fraudulent activity.
