Horrible customer service . Wouldn't recommend to my enemy
The whole process was quick and easy. The ladies in the office were friendly and helpful.
The employees of this branch in Horseheads, NY are very unprofessional when dealing with customers on the telephone and I wonder why their turnover rate is so high!! I would avoid using Mariner Finance at all cost and use One Main Financial for any loans you need!!
I called and they closed my credit before calling to see if i would like the loan and told me they qould have tonrun my credit again.
Spoke to an Ashley, and she was very unprofessional, telling my client he would have negative equity buying the car, even though he had positive and he lowered his payment getting into a new vehicle. Just rude and unprofessional, disappointed in how she carried herself over the phone.
