If I can give zero star, I will. Worst customer service. Super slow. They don't have any urgency but we do have. Nobody wants to waster their time sitting for an hour just to see customer service there. But the people working there wasting time and making hourly money. Comon guys speedup.
Worst bank ever super slow. They need a better training it was a young lady with no name making faces like she was doing us a favor for helping the customers. I wish they have a better service.
Not sure why, but I felt like I was being judged here. Not the banking experience I am accustomed to.
Good Customer Service. The Manager there answered all questions and was very Nice. She even learned Spanish to help customers:)
My time here is usually short if I have my information together. Sometimes long lines can't be helped but this time I was in and out in a Jiff. I was able to utilize the machine in the lobby. Other times I will wait to speak with a representative and I appreciate their help every time.
