Probably the worst bank you could visit, the line is by the door and they have 1 teller working while the other ones are walking around in the back, manager doesn’t do anything, had an emergency and was told they can’t help. This place doesn’t deserve 1 star, more like zero stars, can’t wait to close my account and find a better bank. You could literally drive to any other Bank of America and get what you, drive back here an still be waiting in line.
Too many stars, the worse customer service. The manager's assistant is no different. All the customers are essential, but the employees think a nasty actitutud is the way to go.
Only 1 teller on counter. Whats going on with bank of america so many branches understaffed? Long waiting time just for few customers..crazy
DO NOT COME HERE if you don’t have to. They have me wait about a half hour just to issue a new card smh
