Admitted to debt. Unfortunately my card declined going through a financial hurdle as I am transitioning to a better job. Had a rep call me to tell me my card declined, I wasn’t trying to hide it. Rep accused me of such then accuses me of dodging calls or not answering my phone (I was using my house phone because my phone was off). Then procedes to verbally be abusive towards me The managers also seem to cater this behavior. Debt aside, I’m still a human. I’m trying to pay my debt at my convenience and still get treated as if I’m running from it. Terrible company
Fraud, misleading, abusive, harrasing criminals.. I would take the credit score loss and not give them a dime.. But then again. Because of companies like this, I don't want credit.
