Great customer service , very generous & respectful woman
Is too bad that the employees don’t appreciate having a job. Just left this place and the lady that attend me doesn’t have customer service (is the lady with long black hair with fake lashes ) She literally takes care of you if you are bothering her, she’s not welcoming.
I have been using this location for years, however the quality of staff members has deteriorated over the years. I find the staff to be lacking in customer service skills, especially Gina Tucker. She is crass and vulgar and has no idea how to deal with a customer. How she got hired in the first place is quite surprising. If I were able to give this negative stars, I would. Definitely do not recommend, unless you want to be disrespected or treated like a criminal.
