Did not like the fact that they use a ticket system to do any type of transaction. Even to speak to a customer service representative. Wanted to speak to an account representative and I had to wait 50 minutes to be seen for a transaction that took only 6 minutes to complete. The account representative I did speak with was friendly and knowledgeable. I prefer to go to other MCU branches over this one in the future.
This place is the worst. Their card machine is broken just like the one in Linden blvd.
The ATM machines never work. Always goes out of service when trying to deposit a check and KEEPS your check. Inconveniencing you. Then having to wait until the actual bank opens the next day to then wait an hour for them to find your check. This place is a TOTAL inconvenience. They need to step it up because it has happened to me a total of three times within the year already. Ridiculous.
They should treat their staff better. Generous overtime on holidays would be a start, since all the staff call out sick. Had to wait two hours to withdraw money. Update: They made the check out to no one, so now I need to go back.
This location is the absolute WORST waited on line for over an hour just to make a withdrawal. Meanwhile the tellers just looking around the room at everyone waiting to be serviced and not a friendly face on site. Please get me friendlier tellers or a lot of people will take their business elsewhere.
