My wife found an ugly car that has transmission issues and once we got the the pricing I was quoted 3 times the real vehicle value with financing which clearly feels they live off people who doesn't know much. I looked at my wife n we walked out, next day stopped at family owned business n bought what she wanted right away. Bad business model has very clear signals. Educate ur self prior to dealing with car dealerships like those folks. For the record they were nice.
I came in inquiring a Jeep.. I spoke with Jay and got approved easily. He reviewed the cars within my budget and mileage interest. He was so patient and kind. We decided to finance a sedan because based off my income I was worried about affording the Jeep maintenance. Ez- loan is awesome and they will work with income and get you on the road the same day. Maxine, who works in the total loss department - she is an angel. I cannot say enough nice things about this lady. I was in an accident, that was not my fault. The at-fault insurance company were basically going to leave me in debt and without a car. Maxine went above and beyond the call of duty. I don’t know who she talked to or what she did, but she made things right. I truly love this woman. Beyond her actual job, she just listened to me and understood my problem. She treated me like a real person and not a work problem. Words cannot express the gratitude I have for her. Maxine is a wonderful soul!
