Super slow 3 staff and yet 1 customer at a time
I will never ever come to this place again!! I gave this stupid girl named Kelly $180 dollars (8-20s 1-10 1-5 and 5-1s) and she turns to me and say I only handed her $80!!! We start going back and forth and she said look I will count out the register to prove to you that you only gave me 80, so she does she says shes only $3 short, mean while 2 people (her and this gay dude that works there) are using the same cashier, and said he counted it as well I only handed her $80... I still continue to tell her I gave her $180 and she said she will then call her manager to check the camera's ... She does and this lady gets on the phone and starts yelling at me saying I didn't give her $180 I only gave her $80 she sent the video over because I told her I'm calling the cops, the cops come and they said that you couldn't even tell what I gave her in that video that was "checked" they forced them to give them the other videos of better angles to check. Long story short I was 100% correct about my entire story even down to the exact bills!!! They were trying to pocket the money for them self's!!! Beware of the scammers at this place!!! Don't trust them and make sure you count the money you hand them!! All 3 of them covered it up, they are all in this scam together!!! Trying to take people hard earned cash!!!!!!! All 3 need to be fired!!!! How in hell can you miss count 5 bills!!!!
This is the most unprofessional most disrespectful check cash place in Brooklyn! They make your life so damn complicated to get such a minor thing done. They are all Hispanic and speak Spanish about the customers along with disgusting dirty looks amongst each other. The person who was NOT HELPING me speaks like no English and is terrible in customer service. She can't even explain anything in English to customers. The 'manager' there KELLY needs to be fired. She is extremely unhelpful and vulgar. They make you wait while they talk their smack in Spanish and come back to tell you they can't help you. I swear if there was zero stars I would give rate the below that! I will never step foot there again and I will let all my friends and family how much a terrible place this is!!!
I don't know why the western union had to be replaced by this pls. They brought in all new employees, the service is painfully slow (though it's been marginally better this year than before). I gave them one star because they are generally polite and friendly when they do finally call you to the window.
