They need to change there hours of the store because it says 8a.m to 12a.m. but there never open at 8a.m.
I've been a customer at this check cashing location for almost 2 years & really haven't had any issues with rude employees other than maybe once or twice. Most of them may not go out of their way to be super friendly but they are efficient & that's all good in my book! Also out of all of the check cashing places I've dealt with my average waiting time at this location is usually about 5 minutes & 10-15 at the most.
DO THESE EMPLOYEES REALIZE THAT THEY ARE PUBLIC SERVANTS? RUDE, NO HOSTILITY SKILLS AND KNOW DESIRE TO CREATE A COME AGAIN ENVIRONMENT. HOW DO YOU LIKE TO BE TREATED AS A PATRON?
