I visit this location today a few minutes ago to come in contact with a old crack head as the teller that tried to steal my money . When I arrived the place was dirty trash all over no forms for money gram were non existent. I asked the lady for a form politely only to have her on her phone when I went to grab the pen she snatched the pen string through the window. And fanned her hand to use one over their which their were none.i had one in my pocket I filled the form out and returned it to her she said give me the money I was confused cause I know u have to add a fee she said yea give me 12.50 I never heard of such a high fee I asked for my paper n left that crack head was ghetto as hell
Extremely poor customer service. Staff should receive better training. The person who serviced me threw her pen down and states she has to use the bathroom after i asked her questions like what are you doing. the lady ( no one once to give names) picks up a device and holds it up in my face. When i asked what she was doing she said she has to take a picture. My response was Miss, you have to let ppl know what your doing. Where are your customer service skills, talk me through ur procedure. You dont just hold something up in someone face. Just unbelievable.
