Hello, I visited this location today in hopes of cashing a check made to me since my banks mobile app wasn’t working right and I didn’t want to go out of my way to deposit it. The teller should have just came out and said they did not want to cash the check. If they would’ve ran my ID it would’ve shown I’m not a new customer. The explanation of why they could not cash it was unacceptable and so was the passive aggressive attitude from the teller. I was met with a question about “why I waited to cash the check made 5/22?” It made too much sense that the Check was mailed 5/22. I really don’t have to explain why I don’t check my mailbox everyday and I will add there was really no effort to verify the check. The only attempt was with the Chase bank and no information was provided from that call. The teller (female)was unsuccessful despite the fact I provided the customer service number of the issuer also. POOR customer service but the a/c wonderful
