People’s United Bank is a terrible bank in general. This branch does not help either. Although the women there are incredibly nice. The men there lack any kind of training in customer service. One had me waiting just looking at him clicking away on the computer while not telling me at all what he was doing. As I asked him for a form he said he was doing that even though he was also supposedly closing my account. Terrible bank in general. Terrible service. Horrible banking app/online banking.
The best
This branch has come a long way. New branch manager Emilio is really turning things around for the best. His dedication to quality and customer satisfaction do not go unnoticed.
This bank sucks !!! Such a bad service The employees are so rude and they never help they always acting if they are on drugs or something they don’t know how to talk with a customer I had such a bad experience with David !
Recently opened an account at this branch and never seen such a poor customer service. I closed my account since and will not recomment anyone banking with People United Bank!
