This used to be such a pleasant bank to do business with. In the last few years, they’ve become rude, relentless and unhelpful. It’s near impossible to talk to a live person when I call, but they’ll call every single person I’ve ever met to get ahold of me. As soon as I can get my auto loan paid off or bought by someone else, I will be closing my lifelong business with them and be sure to let others know how awful they’ve become.
Very rude people. Went to tell them the google hours were wrong when only their drive thru was open, people looked at me very judgmental when I was just trying to help them then they didn’t even know how to change their own hours on google when all you have to do is submit a request. Very stuck up employees, I wouldn’t bank with them. They also are only available at their 2-3 locations and do not provide service outside of New York State.
GHS should fire the people who revamped their on line banking system. It’s horrible and very user unfriendly. Lots of bugs and when I asked them about any fixes they either said ‘I don’t know’ or ‘that’s just the way it is now’. I’m not a happy. There was nothing wrong with their old system. It’s so bad that I have taken most of my money out of my GHS account and have deposited it into my Visions account. I have been a very long term member but now I strongly urge you to think twice before joining GHS if on line banking is important to you.

The worst bank I have ever delt with. Took my son loan payment put in someone else account. I went in to bank with proof of check showing they did cash. On check was teller number. A week and not fixed spent hour on phone no one answering and left messages and no one called back. No choice will call New York banking commission. And get a lawyer to fix problem. Don’t deal with this bank.
