After every attempt to have them change my last name, it never gets done. I got married in April. When I call them, I get two answers: "Let me look into it and I will get back to you" as well as: "It's been changed, just give it time. Our system is slow." I have given them the appropriate paperwork and have been told they changed it. I have lost my patience with them. Maybe this bad review will get them to change it.
I have had an account with this particular office for a few years now. The staff is very friendly and helpful, always a pleasure doing business here.
