Went to make my payment. Found out the Manager is leaving, she and Edwin have been so helpful. She will be missed. Again love the staff in Salem they are wonderful and very helpful.
If I could give zero stars I would. Called to ask questions about an old loan I had paid off. I spoke with Tory who was so unprofessional and down right rude to me. When I called back to ask her name and tell her I was going to contact corporate she said “hunny” and I said that’s unprofessional because it is. This woman then said “have a good day beautiful” and hung up on me. Surprised this woman is employed at all. Already filed a grievance with corporate and I will be following through.
While I currently don't have an active account with New England Auto, I did call to get a refresher on what I did need to bring in for a title loan. The guy who answered the phone was very professional and answered all my questions. I will definitely come in for a loan.

2nd time with New England Auto finance and both times have been nothing but great experience. Although yes the interest rate is VERY high, they do tell you up front how much it will be monthly. I decided i can pay it monthly and finally paid it off. They are always available when i call, no attitudes (thus far). If you just go in with an open mindset that you will be paying back a large amount due to the interest rate you should be ok.
