Very unprofessional. I had a phone interview today (13/08/2019) and it went well. Then not even 5 minutes later, I get an email from them saying they moved on. Like, really? I set aside time from my day and they just wasted it. If this is how they handle potential employees then you better find another place to apply at.
Hours don't match availability, it's a student loan company so not good status.
I would really advise NelNet to reconsider doing business with NorthEnd Teleservices very shady company and very deceitful they will fabricate information to make things look goood really read what you are getting yourself into also Nathaniel Greene is the workforce manager and has spoken very negative about nelnet which comes to a shock that they would try to come some sort of agreement with you guys I would hate for your metrics to fall because of them

I've been working here since August. Training is long with tons of info thrown at you. But it is so worth it. Earned time off accrues quickly. Took my first vacation after only 3 months and still have paid time off to spare. You get hire on and referral bonuses, paid holidays, floating holidays, shift differential pay, earned time off every pay period. I should have applied a long time ago. I'm staying here as long as I can. I'm loving this job and the great people I get to work with. Winning!
