I have been a customer at this location for awhile up until recently. At first I thought the customer service was excellent as I have never had an issue (Helena and Michelle were at this time). recently there must have been a change because I haven’t seen them in awhile and things have gone down hill tremendously. My checks have even been deposited when I wasn’t due yet causing my account to overdraft.. When I brought this to the attention of the new girl they have there I have been told it’s my fault. Apparently I am not the only one this has happened to as I have talked with other customers about this situation. I have gone there several times to get this issue cleared up and the store hasn’t been open even though the sign clearly states this location now opens at 10am. Not only am I standing at the door but several other people have been there standing as well. I would highly recommend not going to Check N Go apparently the staff they hire have ran off the ladies that was running this store smoothly because I haven’t seen either of the two ladies that I dealt with and had no issues with. I will no longer be doing business here and I would highly recommend that NO ONE does either.
I am beyond pleased with this location! I went to EZ Money on 46th and Dodge and was basically told to kick rocks, I came to this location and Hope helped me to the extent that all of my questions were answered too! She’s awesome and I’ll definitely be coming back to this location if I ever needed another payday loan. Thanks again!
Love the staff. Hope, one of the staff members was very helpful and she got me in and out in a timely manor with cash in hand !! Will be going to this friendly location everytime .
I was very impressed with the way the Hope helped me ! She also greeted me as soon as I walked through the door she is very friendly and kind ! She helped me in a quick and professional manor and explained to me the details of what I had to pay back that I didn’t understand ! Check n go on 30th is somewhere I would highly recommend to go in a time of need !
