This is like a smaller mall for military members and their families. I love it here! You can find clothes and household items. They have Michael Kors bags and Under Armour clothing. Obviously they have guns! This is like a Walmart with name brand items. They have friendly staff and they're very helpful. You can alse try clothes on without having to get anyone to open the fitting room for you.

I purchased a television (Samsung 65) Via Bx website on Nov.28,2018 received on Dec. 1, 2018. Upon receiving the television it was defective!!! (Per the return policy Any item purchased during the holidays Can be returned be returned thru January 31,2019. I returned to the BX Offutt Airforce base where manager informed me the TV couldn’t be returned. I spoke with customer service rep Not 1 time Not 2 But 3 times who informed me it could be returned. This is absolutely Ridiculous!! Theres a Snow storm here and I’m lugging a freakin 65 inch Tv around in a snow storm! “Christy” the store manager Very Rude!!!! She Truly need coaching on customer service skills!!!!
