Cindy is a control freak and one of the most condescending (with a smile) I ever met. She told me I got paid on a date when I didn't. My check is dated a day before it is distributed to employees which is common for large companies that mail out checks. She said she had to go by the check date because that was "Federal Banking rules." Get real. So they wanted me to pay off a payday loan a day before I can even cash my check??? Then after a half hour of her condescending (with a smile) attitude, she says I'm approved for $75. What a joke! ALSO They are offering a drawing for a Thanksgiving basket in exchange for a positive Google review. This is against Google policy to offer incentives for reviews.

Check n Go has wonderful employees everytime I've entered. I only come to fill my prepaid but i love the zero charge to do so. My only critique is the speed of the service could be more efficient, especially if I'm only coming in for a 3 minute process and i have to wait 20 to 45 minutes for people pulling a loan. Other then that is great when i catch them empty. Keep up the good work from my view.
Mrs Cindy was extremely helpful and polite. Stayed late on a Friday to ensure I was taken care of. With my issue. Look forward to continuing doing business with them.
