The worst customer service i've been subjected to. It is always the same lady at the front desk. I've come in a few times and each time you are made to feel like a scam or a cheat. This last time I visited is the final straw. I told the lady I was "trying" to pick up a western union. She replies with, "trying huh? So you have gonr other places?" Confused, I replied, "No? Does that even matter?" "Oh, no, no", in a sarcastic voice she replied back. I proceeded to give her the numbers and the picture I received from the sender was transposed and wasnt working when I gave them to her. I asked if we could try a 6 instead of a 5 since I thought that was the issue. She replies with, "I dont have all day to run numbers". I looked at her shocked and grabbed my things and decided to take my business elsewhere. Keep in mind I had only talked to her for 2-3 minutes combined time. Do not reward this old hag any business, she is pathetic and has zero people skills. I will never be returning no matter how convenient or strapped I am to use western union or cash paychecks. I hope you read this lady, you deserve it. Find a new job if you hate your life. Your piss poor attitude has no place in a professional or business environment. This is my first google review if that tells you anything.
Extremely rude and abrupt, will not ever go here again, would rather go broke than deal with someone who is that unkind. On top of that took her time to get to the front and do everything. Sorry that me coming into your open business was so hard on you.
Went into the office having just moved here and not established a bank account. They require you fill out a but of paperwork. I provided 2 references and my employers number, but was unable to provide a relative in the area. The woman at the counter proceeded to yank the page out of my hand storms to the back comes back a few minutes later and before she will give me my money she wants to lecture me on how sorry she is that I don't have anyone in the city. I lived here a week at that point. I said I just want my money not a lecture. She proceeds to throw the money at me through a small slot, hard enough that the coinage hits me in the face. I called her a choice word and left. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS PLACE.
